MLB: Picks and Props (7.18.25)

First game after the all-star break so let’s get to it!

(ATL vs NYY) Matt Olson 2+ Total Bases (+105)

Right before the All-Star break, Olson broke out of three-game hitless streak with two hits against the St. Louis Cardinals. Look for Olson to continue that tonight against the Yankees in the Total Bases category.

(TB vs BAL) Brandon Lowe 2+ Hits (+200)

Lowe is returning off of injury and why not get back into a groove against Baltimore.

The Orioles starter, Charlie Morton, had two straight good starts after a rough month of June. Can Morton continue the streak? Not against Lowe.

(TB vs BAL) Tampa Bay Rays First Five Innings +1.5/Under 4.5 (+175)

No one needed a break like the Rays. They lost 5 of 6 going into the All-Star break but seeing Baltimore should get them out of the rut. I like the Rays +1.5 in the first five. The concern in taking the under 4.5 but it’s a risk worth taking.

(StL at ARZ) St. Louis Cardinals First Five Innings Money Line (+108)

Despite being the underdog, I like St. Louis’ pitching match-up tonight (Pallante vs. Pfaadt). Pallante had a rough outing going into the All-Star break but that was just a blip on the radar.

(MIL at LAD) Total Runs o8.5 (-112)

Yes, Tyler Glasnow is on the mound tonight for the Los Angeles Dodgers but it’s hard to trust that staff to keep a game under 9 total runs. Plus, after some struggles in Milwaukee a few days ago, the Dodgers bats should be ready to unleash.
