The Washington Wizards are in year two of the Michael Winger Build Era.
The Wizards weren’t in a place to say that Winger’s leadership group was in charge of a rebuild. Washington was that far away from being a consistent, well-run organization. So keep in mind that this build will get to a rebuild.
In year two, the Wizards have three drafted players who fall into Winger’s vision: Bilal Coulibaly, Alex Sarr, and Bub Carrington.
