Sam Howell’s time in Washington is up.
What once looked like it could be a steal of a draft pick has now turned into a trade package that provides Washington with additional picks in the third and fifth rounds.
Sam Howell along with a fourth- and sixth-round picks will be sent to Seattle for a third- and fifth-round pick
Washington plans on signing Marcus Mariota and will probably select either Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels with the second overall pick in this season’s draft.
Last season Howell threw for 3,966 yards with 21 touchdowns and 21 interceptions.
