Felix Jr. knocked down Cully (16-1) a second time before finishing him off when the referee stopped the fight.
Cully’s corner had thrown in the towel but the referee didn’t see it.
It was Cully’s first loss of his professional career.
The fight took place on the undercard of Chantelle Cameron-Katie Taylor.
