First year head coach, Tony Skinn, continues to build George Mason’s roster as he prepares for his inaugural season.
Former Siena College guards, Jared Billups, has signed with the Patriots.
“From a defensive standpoint, from a physicality standpoint and from a hard-nosed standpoint, Jared fits perfectly within our program,” Skinn said. “He wears a bunch of different hats. He’s a utility guy who wants to get better and take his game to the next level. I think we can help him from a development standpoint to help him piece it together and become that next-level player.”
The 6’4″ guard is known for his defense and rebounding and should fit in well with Skinn’s system.
