ACC Quick Stop: Miami-Duke

Line: Duke -6

O/U: 148.5

Might be the most important game in the ACC.

Jeremy Roach’s status for Saturday looks like it’s still up in the air.

Roach’s availability is important to a Blue Duke (13-5, 4-3) team that is young and at times thin.

Miami’s (15-3, 6-2) bounce back win over Syracuse probably didn’t register to many but it was important after the NC State loss especially when you consider that they were down 11 in the second half.

Isaiah Wong had one of his worst performances against the Orange. Bouncing back will be huge against the Blue Devils.

What Coach Larannaga has is depth. Norchad Omier, Nijel Pack, and Jordan Miller has made sure that the Canes isn’t a one-man show.

Canes’ defense will be the key. Duke’s Kyle Filipowski can’t win this game alone for Duke. Miami will need to limit the “others” like Mark Mitchell and Tyrese Proctor.
