In the highly anticipated rematch, Fernando Martinez defeated Jerwin Ancajas yet again. After being the heavy underdog in the first fight (UD – 117-111, 118-110, 118-110) and pulling off the upset, Martinez was as equally dominant in the second installation.
Ancajas started out the fight throwing the jab, something he didn’t do in the first fight. It was effective early on but quickly waned.
Martinez continued to pressure Ancajas throughout the fight landed one power punch after another.
