Penny Hardaway and the Memphis Tigers have been found to have been in violations of Level II and Level III violations.
Memphis was given three years probation, fined $5,000, and was told it was vacate two wins that James Wiseman participated in.
Hardaway and Memphis were facing more serious punishments including a potential suspension for Hardaway and a postseason ban.
