NBA Playoffs: Picks and Props (Free)

Tonight is Game 2 for the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics.

As this is being written, Al Horford has been cleared to play tonight. Marcus Smart is also expected to play. Heat will be without Kyle Lowry.

In Game 1, Boston got off to a fast start before the ran into a disastrous third quarter. Turnovers and poor defense led to Boston being outscored by Miami 39-14 in the quarter.

Line: Miami -1.5 (ML: -115); Boston +1.5 (ML: -105)

Total: 206.5

With the line being so tight, there’s very little value on the moneyline where I like Boston tonight. Horford and Smart’s return is only a piece of it.

I wouldn’t expect for Boston to turn the ball over 16 times again.

If you’re looking at the total, Game One was crazy over. I expect there to be some regression in the scoring column so I’m looking at the under.

As for props, I somewhat buy into the “others” playing better at home but I’m going to go both home and away on that belief. I like Tyler Herro hit the over 1.5 three-p0inters (-165) and, that’s not all. I also like Grant William over 1.5 three-pointers (+105). The only thing that can derail that is if his attempts stay at 2 like it in Game 1. I’m looking at 4+ attempts for Williams.
