Maryland Postgame: Iowa

On a night where Maryland’s defense didn’t accompany them to Xfinity, Iowa made sure their offense did.

The Hawkeyes rode the hot three-point shooting of Jordan Bohannon and Keegan Murray to a 110-87 victory.

Both Bohannon and Murray finished the game with 30 points.

Fatts Russell scored 20 and Hakim Hart had 19 for the Terps.

The story was Bohannon. The Iowa super-senior was 10-16 from the field. All of his attempts were from the three-point line. Most of them came with very little pressure.

As a team, the Hawkeyes finished 19-34 from the three-point.

When Bohannon wasn’t scoring, Murray was. Iowa’s leading scorer was 12-14 (2-3 from the three point line) from the field.
