George Mason Looks to Rebound

George Mason doesn’t have a lot of time to obsess over their 67-64 loss at James Madison.

The Patriots (4-1) will face Washington, Nevada, and South Dakota over the next three days.

This is the first meeting between George Mason and Washington.

Washington (2-2) has struggled offensively but they’ve tried to make up for it by being one of the better offensive rebounding teams in the country.

The Huskies averages 16.5 offensive rebounds per game (11th in the country).

George Mason is led by Josh Oduro’s 15.8 points per game. The Patriots shoot 41.1% from three.

Live up to the Standard: In his pre-tournament press conference, head coach Kim English said they didn’t meet their game goals against James Madison. “We have nine game goals… we were one for nine in those game goals.”
