Capital City Go-Go drafted three players with plenty of experience in today’s NBA G-League Draft.
The Go-Go had the 24th pick in the first round and the selected the former Georgetown Hoya, Rodney Pryor.
Pryor has played 100 games in the NBA G-League.
“Rodney Pryor brings a wealth of G League experience and a veteran presence to our team, and his athleticism will help us on both ends of the floor,” said Go-Go general manager Amber Nichols.
Jachai Taylor was taken with the Go-Go’s second round pick. Taylor participated in the local tryout. Taylor averaged 6.8 points a game for Queens University.
With their third and final selection, the Go-Go took Jermaine Haley. The former West Virginia University guard played for HARKO Merlins Crailsheim in the German BBL during the 2020-21 season.
