George Washington is restocking their roster with veteran players out of the transfer portal.
The university announced that Ira Lee (Arizona), Joe Bamisile (Virginia Tech) and Brendan Adams (UConn) will be heading to Foggy Bottom next season.
“With Ira, Joe, and Brendan, we gain three players that each play with a relentless love for the game and a relentless love for their teammates,” said head coach Jamion Christian
Over the last two seasons, the Colonials have looked to the portal to fill needs. James Bishop (LSU), Ricky Lindo (Maryland) Matt Moyer (Vanderbilt, Syracuse) and Amir Harris (Nebraska) transferred to George Washington. All but Moyer will be lacing it up next season. Moyer has turned pro.
