Brett Brown has been fired by the Philadelphia 76ers. This was far from being shocking news.
Various outlets are reporting that Tyrone Lue and Villanova’s Jay Wright are at the top of Elton Brand’s wish list.
Brown took over the Sixers during the infamous, “Trust the Process” era. Over the last three seasons, the Sixers were 146-91. During that time they were 12-14 during the playoffs.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski also reported the Sixers are evaluation their front office in an effort to revamp it. Wojnarowski went on to say that Brand continue to oversee the basketball operations but “change is looming” in way of personnel and structure.
