Georgetown got a commitment from 6′ 3″ point guard T.J. Berger (Westtown School / Norristown, PA). Bergen had previously committed to Penn.

Georgetown adds Berger to an already crowded backcourt. He joins an incoming class that includes two point guards (Tyler Beard and Dante Harris) along with Arkansas transfer, Jalen Harris.
If Mac McClung heads back to Georgetown, there’s a chance he will see some time at point guard if head coach Patrick Ewing decides to give him minutes at the position he would most likely play in the NBA.
