The rosters were announced for the Jordan Brand Classic and Maryland was the only local team to have a participating player.
Paul VI’s Ashley Owusu will be playing in the girl’s game. Owusu has committed to play at the University of Maryland.
The Boys game will feature Oak Hill’s, Cole Anthony. Anthony is ranked 2nd in the ESPN 100 rankings. According to ESPN, Anthony’s list consists of Georgetown, Miami (Fl), North Carolina, Notre Dame, Oregon, and Wake Forest.
Georgetown’s name also appears on Keion Brooks’ list. The 6′ 7″ forward out of Indiana is ranked 38th on ESPN’s list.
The Jordan Brand Classic will take place on April 20th in Las Vegas
