Tis the season for signing recruits and George Washington signed 3 yesterday.
The newest Colonials are Shandon Brown (New Hampton School), Marcus Littles (Neumann Goretti) and Mezie Offurum (Georgetown Prep).
Shandon Brown
The point guard from Massachusetts had a big junior year at New Hampton School where he averaged 11 points and 3 assists per game. Coach Maurice Joseph feels like Brown can score along with running an offense. Something that is imperative in the tough Atlantic 10 conference. “He has the ability to score the ball and run a team at a high level”, said Coach Joseph.

Marcus Littles
Littles will come to Foggy Bottom with a championship pedigree. Neumann Goretti has been to the Pennsylvania Class 3 Championship game in the three season Littles has been there. “We are thrilled to add a frontcourt player with size, mobility and skill set that Marcus possesses.” -Coach Joseph.

Mezie Offurum
The explosive Offurum will give the Colonials an athletic presence on the wing. He also represents GW’s ability to place a footprint in the local recruiting scene. “Recruiting locally is a high priority for our program and this addition is on e that we are all excited about”, said Joseph.
