The 50th year of Rams basketball will be led by new Head Coach, Mike Rhoades and a schedule full of opportunity.
VCU will welcome UVA, ODU and Texas to one of the toughest arenas in the Atlantic 10. The home dates will give the Rams a great opportunity to build a strong resume to put in front of the NCAA Selection Committee.
VCU’s game with UVA will kickoff a home and home with the Cavaliers. They last met in then 2014-2015 season.
VCU beefed their schedule with defending conference champs, Bucknell (Patriot League) and Winthrop (Big South).
The Rams will also participate in the Maui Invitational where they’ll open up against Marquette.
