That only leaves Auburn, Kentucky and Mississippi State as the only SEC teams the Fighting Irish have never faced.
September 12th, 2020 the two teams will play at Notre Dame. The return trip is 5 years later.
Lou Holtz was a coach at both schools. Holtz was 60-21-2 at Arkansas and 100-30-2 at Notre Dame including a National Championship in 1988.
