The Monday Morning Sports Rag takes a look at events that the average fan might have missed over the weekend.

LPGA Update/Awards – Charley Hull won the CME by two strokes, Ariya Jutanugarn won Player of the Year and the Race to the CME Globe and, finally, In Gee Chun won the Vare Trophy.

Under Armour losses – According to various reports, Under Armour lost $600 million of its value. Part of the blame is being attributed to slow sales of the new Curry 3’s basketball shoe.

Steve Kerr fined $25k– Coach Steve Kerr was fined $25k for criticizing the officiating in the Warriors game against the Toronto Raptors. Apparently, Kerr felt that DeMar DeRozan got away with traveling on the way to the basket. Warriors won the game 127-121.

Quade Green Commits to Kentucky – Five star recruit Quade Green (point guard) has committed to Kentucky. Syracuse, Villanova, Duke and Temple were also in the running.

Josh Cunningham Out – Dayton’s Josh Cunningham is out 3 months after having surgery on his ankle. Cunningham got injured versus Alabama

Austin Nichols Dismissed– UVA dismissed Austin Nichols (transfer from Memphis) from the team for violation of team rules.
