Despite being blown out by the US Men’s National Team in the Olympic gold medal game, Serbia has moved up to number 3 in the FIBA World Rankings. The Serbians jumped three spots passing both France and Lithuania in the process. The Olympic qualifiers who fell the furthest were Lithuania and Argentina. Both countries fell two spots while Spain, who won the bronze, remained ranked second.
