The WBA has ordered a rematch between Gabriel Maestre and Mykal Fox.
The controversial outcome had been the headline in the sport until the Errol Spence Jr. injury.
Most, if not all, boxing media and ringside observers had Fox winning the fight in rather easy fashion. Yet, the official scores said otherwise. The official scorecards were 114-113, 115-112, and, an egregious, 117-110. Making the Cut scored the fight 118-109 for Fox.
