Floyd Mayweather will come out of retirement to fight an exhibition match against Logan Paul. The fight will take place on June 6th in Miami. It’s not a coincidence that the fight will take place in the same city as the Teofimo Lopez-George Kambosos the night before.
Mike Coppinger (The Athletic) reported that Mayweather can’t come in above 160 lbs while Paul can be no heavier than 190 lbs.
There has been a run on exhibitions which has seemingly been inspired by Mayweather’s non-exhibition fight against Conor McGregor. The much criticized match has seemingly launched a secondary market in boxing.
The fight will be shown on Showtime pay-per-view.
