George Mason announced that they have signed TJ Gadsden (St. Andrew’s Episcopal/Potomac, MD) and Mike Gray (Blue Ridge School/Fredericksburg, VA) to NLI’s (National Letter of Intent).
“These two players are the type of young men we want in our program – excellent students, great citizens and high-character guys,” Paulsen said. “They’re the latest in a growing list of players we’ve been able to successfully recruit within an hour radius of our campus. That speaks to the attractiveness of Mason as a university and our status as a rising program in the A-10.”
Gadsen (Team Durant) averaged 11 points and 7 rebounds at St. Andrew’s.
At Blue Ridge, Gray (Team Loaded) has led the Barons to two VISAA state titles.In 2020, Gray earned VISAA and Central Virginia Player of the Year accolades after averaging 14.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists per contest.
