Big Ten Commissioner Kevin Warren wrote an open letter in response to the gap between the African-American community and law enforcement.
In the letter, Warren said the Big Ten Conference will create an Anti-Hate and Anti-Racism Coalition. The coalition will invite student-athletes, coaches, athletic directors, chancellors, and presidents to join.
